Yamaha XV750

Jerem Motorcycles presents us with an exceptional Cafe Racer, developed from a Yamaha XV-750 Virago. Launched between 1985 and 1996, this motorcycle marked Yamaha’s first adventure in the world of V-Twin customs. Although it was initially criticized as a knock-off of the Harley Davidson 883, it nevertheless enjoyed notable success.

Yamaha XV750

A demanding approach

Faithful to his meticulous approach, Jérémie recovered this model in poor condition and completely dismantled it, restored it and reassembled it, to bring it back to near-new condition, with the Jerem Motorcycles spirit to boot. The project took around 240 hours of hard work, but the result is breathtaking. This Cafe Racer is a true mechanical work: its finish is impeccable and every detail has been carefully refined. With its design that combines airy elegance and aggressiveness, this model invites dynamic and daring driving. In short, a typical Jerem Motorcycles achievement, combining authenticity, passion and expertise.

The technical characteristics of the Yamaha XV 750

At Jerem Motorcycles, a passion for detail is evident in every creation. Jerem, with his creative mind, has handcrafted a bespoke exhaust line and a sleek rear loop that harmonize perfectly with an innovative saddle of shell type. This saddle, a special creation from the “Yaya Brush Sellerie” workshop, is distinguished by a subtle green edging, in perfect harmony with the AUDI color applied to the motorcycle by A2F.
In terms of damping, the workshop opted for a SACHS from an MV-Agusta 800, mounted on a CNC machined aluminum shim. The improvements don’t stop there: the bike is equipped with a Solise lithium battery with voltage regulator, cleverly placed under the tank alongside the M-unit Motogadget, and benefits from Kevlar protection under the tank. Lighting is provided by a front LED headlight, complemented by discreet turn signals and a rear light integrated under the saddle shell.
CNC-machined aluminum front controls work in tandem with another M-unit, while the braking system relies on BREMBO radial elements, complemented by a matched master cylinder and EXACT aircraft-style hoses. rear controls, combined with Green air filters for each carburetor, further enhance the machine’s performance.
The attention to detail continues with a custom Dibond rear wheel flange and Metzeler tires, sized 130/70/17 front and 130/90/16 rear, as well as plates custom-made. All these exceptional characteristics explain why more than 200 hours of meticulous work were necessary at the Jerem Motorcycles workshop to bring this mechanical gem to life.
